  • Jason Dickie

    Jason is a Director of New Growth and a highly effective senior environmental consultant of 20 years, gaining extensive environmental management experience in Australia, UK and Middle East. He is a Revegetation Specialist, Carbon Project Specialist and Remote Pilot (RePL). Throughout his career he has demonstrated experience in project management, commercial delivery, environmental system development/implementation, stakeholder relationship development and compliance auditing. Additionally he has worked extensively on project approvals and monitoring programs for environmental impact assessments and regulatory compliance for both marine and terrestrial projects. Jason brings an understanding of Government Regulations and the capability to navigate them to successfully deliver projects.

  • Andrew Davenport

    Andrew is a New Growth Director and Spatial and data scientist with expertise in geospatial analysis, experimental design, GIS, statistics and field based environmental sciences. He has experience applying these to a range of projects in the Research, Non-Profit, Government and Commercial sectors. Topics of particular interest include remote sensing of the environment, population biology of threatened species, dynamics of complex ecosystems such as Western Australian woodlands. This highly adaptable skills set enables Andrew to contribute economically and environmentally sustainable solutions to solving significant environmental challenges including climate change, biodiversity loss, habitat degradation, invasive species and overexploitation of wild populations.

  • Dr Ben Fitzpatrick

    Ben is a director of New Growth and draws upon 25 years experience as a specialist environmental scientist contributing to federal and state government programs, pure and applied multidisciplinary research, leading environmental management and monitoring programs for the private and commercial sector and increasingly contributing to sustainable socio-economic development and conservation initiatives internationally. He has a long track record in the development and implementation of new approaches to addressing human impacts on complex marine and terrestrial ecosystems incorporating .

  • Liz Quicke

    Liz has a strong interest in environmental sciences, particularly in the conservation, sustainability and management of natural ecosystems. She enjoys a hands-on approach and is driven by the desire to make a positive impact on the natural environment. Through her employment, studies and volunteer work Liz has contributed extensively to Nature Based Solution Projects including field research, species surveys, water quality testing, data analysis and impact assessment in a range of study environments.

  • Alcs Willems

    Alcs is a digital imaging and graphics specialist. He brings two decades experience contributing multimedia production including drone, stills and video imaging capabilities to clients across a range of sectors including the application of drone surveys in the agricultural sector.
